How easy is it to get a great headshot?

Very easy! This is our 2 step process-

1. Contact us to discuss your needs and we can suggest the package that suites you best and book your session. At the time of booking we will send you some information on how to prepare for your headshot session. If you require us to organise a hair and make-up artist this would be the time to let us know.

2. Come to our studio for your session. We will be guiding you throughout the shoot to make sure you get the best pictures. If you are having the “Basic” professional headshot session then you can make your image selection immediately after and walk out with your image/ images.

With all other packages your images will be ready for viewing within 48 hours via a link we will send you.

Can I have my headshots taken somewhere other than your studio?

Yes, we can arrange to take your headshot at your place of business. There is a $220 travel and set-up fee for the Sydney Metro area. Parking fees may also be applicable.

Can you provide a Hair & Make up artist?

Yes we can. Typically for a headshot session it would cost $150 for a professional hair and make-up artist and will take approximately 1 hour. If you would like us to provide this service you must let us know when you book your headshot.

Do I need to leave extra time for hair and make-up?

If you having professional hair & make done in our studio we suggest you arrive 1 hour earlier. The photo session times that are suggested on our packages begin when we actually start taking pictures. 

Can you photograph my entire team?

Yes, the more the merrier. Volume discounts apply.

These prices are based on the “Basic” package and single background colour. (Exclusive of GST).

3-10 people - $150 per head

11-20 people - $130 per head

21-30 people - $110 per head

More than 30 people - please call or email.

Do I need to pay a deposit at time of booking?

A 50% deposit for your photo session (and hair and make-up session) is required at time of booking (less if you are booking you are booking for multiple people). The balance is due at the end of your session.

If you need to reschedule and give us at least 48 hours then the deposit will apply to your new session. A reschedule of less than 48 hours will result in a $75 reschedule fee . An additional $75 fee will apply for the hair and make - up artist if booked through us. These fees are also applicable in case of cancellation.

How should I prepare for my headshot session?

At the time of your booking we will send you out a PDF that will outline tips on preparing for your headshot.
